Job Description: 1. Conduct outbound and inbound calls to potential customers by phone 2. Communicate with potential customers and promote our Services & products. 3. Resolve questions or concerns raised by new or current customers, through email, online chats or phone calls. 4. Marketing communication and this is including but not limited to website, e-marketing communication;collateral and publicity material, public relation,advertising,exhibitions and company events; 5. Handle tender management and provide sales support.
Job Requirements: 1. IT savvy person. 2. Candidates with customer service certificate/had attended customer service training/seminar will be prioritise. 3. FRESH GRADUATES are encouraged to apply, training will be provided. 4. Highly motivated, organized and proactive and able to drive a team in a tight schedule environment comfortably. 5. Excellent computer skills and familiarity with Ms office (word/excel/Power point) pDf acrobat, ms Project and primavera. 6. Working experience at a call centre would be an added advantage. 7. Responsible, able to work independently and also a good team player. 8. Good communication and negotiation skills is an advantage.
